Beef Wonton



Filling:
Minced beef
Soy Sauce
Spring onions
Mushrooms
Sesame oil
Pepper
Lemongrass paste
Coriander

How to make:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 1/2 to 1 hour.
Spoon 1/2 tbsp of mixture onto wonton/gow gee wrappers.
Seal edges with water and squeeze tops.

May be steamed, fried or boiled with soup.
May also be stored in freezer before cooking.
